New beachfront house - Eastern Lake

[TreeFrog]

I discovered this new beachfront house under construction near Eastern Lake yesterday.

Does their property go all the way to the water?

[seacrestkristi]

You forgot to mention the beautiful pool. ;-)

Love it! It's got pizazz!

That's what a beach cottage should be!

p.s. The more I look at this, the more I like it! Dibs when the economy tanks!

[Smiling JOe]

I agree with scooterbug, looks like a perfect beach cottage. Is it available?

[Franny]

Another sowal builder in the making!!

[Bobby J]

Kind of reminds me of that funky home in Grayton!

[Kurt]

Price just reduced!

No realtor sign there yet...

Maybe it's going to be a rental.

Maybe it is listed by a Green Realtor.
