New Construction Starts under Pressure

Hearing from Contractors contacting me after a year to see how new beach construction ( that they OVER Bid) is going. Saying, “ old jobs are going to closings and new job bids just not happening”.... Chinese Bat Flu not helping..., if your ready they may be more in line on Sq.foot pricing.. picture is view from my lot. Oh, and an almost private beach.

The very opposite of my experience. This is a banner year so far ime and looks to continue.

Yes just from the looks of things, construction in the one thing that has not slowed a bit this year. Vacation rentals have come roaring back.

I anticipate real estate will boom once people can move around more and that we'll see an influx of new families who are ready to make a change and can do so.
