"Spiaggia" is one of the finest gulf front homes on the coast. Built to the latest codes this home has 24 inch steel beams running throughout the entire home to provide for the utmost in hurricane protection. The quality of construction and meticulous attention to detail set this home apart from the rest. Located in the gated subdivision of Destiny by the Sea which boasts many of the finest gulf front properties in northwest Florida. The design of this house was well thought out with the first floor completely done with Turkish chiseled stone flooring for those days spent on the beach. It boasts a beautiful sunroom overlooking the gulf along with a full kitchen, living room, dining area, bedroom, and laundry.
Head up the cherry wood suspended staircase with custom wrought iron hand rails to the second floor. The second and third floors are pure elegance with cherry flooring throughout. The second floor has an enormous chef's kitchen and living room overlooking the water. There is also bedroom and full office located on this floor. The third floor features the master suite with fireplace, kitchenette, and private gulf front balcony. The bathroom is a masterpiece featuring a steam shower done in gorgeous yellow onyx.
