New Years Eve - Watercolor Would like to attend the party at Watercolor. I need reasonably priced accomodations for one person for New Years Eve night.

Watercolor Inn has a ratee of $199 for the evening including 2 tickets to the party on the green. Reasonable?

I don't mean to dis swantree, but the WaterColor Inn is the better deal. tsutcli is that limited to "dune view"?
