Wanted Nice, Responsible Couple Looking to Rent Long Term on 30A

Hello ~ My fiance and I are moving to SOWAL in the coming weeks rather rapidly for work purposes, and we are looking for a home to rent for 3-12 months. We are reliable, kind, very clean, and rent a home of our own in Georgia, so we know how stresssful it can be!!

We prefer a no-hassle situation with a house/condo/townhome that meets the following criteria:

• Pet friendly (we have one 10 lb Italian Greyhound, very old, very lazy, our baby)
• Funished with W/D and full kitchen
• Some or all utilities included
• Water access and really, we'd love an ocean view and/or pool
• At least one full bedroom and bath
• Balcony or patio
• Available for rent by August 1.
