Where is the property in Seagrove located out of curiosity? I went through this DEP/County permit process just to rebuild a patio area in my back yard which sits on Eastern Lake and the FDEP is pretty clear on building south of the CCL. You give the FDEP a check for $500 and they come out and inspect. Can't imagine that this would pass a FDEP smell test epecially after Dennis and Ivan. I feel your pain for sure...
