Yes, I would like to trade for something in SoWal or Destin.
This a portion ( the highest, most desirable, best views) portion of a 23 lot subdivision. This 9+ acre portion contains 8 contiguous lots. It has not sold yet because I had it priced at the highest price in the sub'd. To date, there are 6 completed approx. 3000 sq. ft. homes in the sub'd, all of which are Don Gardner design. It's time for me to make the move to SoWal, so I cut the price to approx. $30K per acre for the entire 9+ package of 8 lots. I'm the Developer and the Architectural Control so you don't have to deal with anyone but me. This is not some kind of scam-- it is a real legit deal so that I can make the move to Sowal without further delay. All previous sales info, plats and many pics are avalable.
