I just looked at the pic again- the Sowaller is definitely the guy bending over his downed sail- but that is because he has a keyboard ON his board and he is PM'ing Kimmi. Probably sending her a Monk-e-mail. Then he's gotta answer one of the "all-about-me" quizzes before a wave knocks him over, where he will get covered with seaweed and run screaming out of the Gulf yelling "Ick! Doody!!!!"

I did not realize that the area had windsurfers.....are the conditions good all the time or just certain times of the year?
