Kalos Dwellings – Santa Rosa Beach, FL
Join our team managing a portfolio of vacation homes! You’ll inspect properties, coordinate maintenance, work with vendors and ensure exceptional guest experiences in beautiful coastal homes. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in the field with flexible hours (weekends/on-call).
What you’ll do:
• Regular property inspections & reporting
• Coordinate maintenance & vendor work
• Ensure homes are guest-ready and well maintained
• Communicate with team
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in property management, hospitality, or similar
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Flexible schedule, ability to travel locally
Pay: $21–$25/hr + Paid Time Off
Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL (In person)
