Sunburst Beach Vacations manages several short-term vacation homes along Scenic 30A. Come join our great team!

Vacation Manager duties include:

• Answering phones, customer service
  
• Reservations and maintenance requests
  
• Follow up Guest stays day after arrival
  
• Documentation and VRM projects
  
• Database Management
  
• House inspections and prep
  
• In-house guest assistance at properties
  
• Vacation Home Book updates and assembly
  
• Update seasonal rates
  
• General office errands
  
• Reservation and workorder filing
  
• Organize inspection room
  
• Assemble clips and bags
  
• Manager on Duty afterhours on-call
  
• Weekends are required year round
