I have a great 3/2 home on 1.7 acres up on Lake Stanley in Defuniak Springs I would like to offer to trade for a comparable home here in SoWal. 2000 square foot on the east side of Lake Stanley with beautiful sunset views. The home was appraised a year ago at $325,000.00. Now I know what your thinking "nothing is worth today what it was a year ago" but, if you have something that might compare and you would like to consider it, give me a call. Ed 850-585-1010
