Anyone remember this kind if cold here?
What is the normal January lows? I know last year it was like March or something before
Freeze.

Somewhere in my memory banks, I recall it got down to 15 degrees. I also remember the Christmas of '89 in which we had a major power failure in Seagrove, during a major freeze, that led to major busted plumbing pipes throughout the entire community. CNN was calling it the "coldest day of the century", at that time.

We are at minus 5 here today and supposed to start warming up tomorrow. In the high 40"s by the weekend.

In '83 around this time it got into the teens. I remember seeing more than one lake frozen over.

i remember it being warm enough christmas week in grayton that i was tempted to go in the gulf, can't remember the year though
