Old Florida Beach / Old Florida Cottages?

Beach Comber
Could anyone provide any information on these areas? I'm having trouble finding them on a map, let alone their facilities. Thanks!

Cottages are south of 30-A and Village is North of 30-A. Several of the OFCottages have good gulf views. Easy stroll to nice beach, short walk to the shops at Gulf Place at the Corner of 393 & 30-A.

We really like the OFC development and have stayed there. Would think for vacationing OFC would be more people's choice than OFV on the North side of 30-A.

Here is a description from an owners rental site:

"Old Florida Cottages boasts lush landscaping, brick pavers, white picket fences, and rainbow colors.
The Gulf views are spectacular and the walk to the sugar-white sand beach is just 200 yards away. For those who prefer a pool, it is located in the center of the community - just steps from the house. The pool is heated in the spring and fall for your enjoyment."

I found a couple map links to orient you (These places are just east of 383):

West off Gulf View Heights St. South of 30-A on Emerald Dunes Circle is OFC.
