Take out the carnival this reminds me of the 4th over Lake Martin in Alabama. Everyone would go out to the middle of the lake in their boats and watch the most incredible show of fireworks. I haven't been to Lake Martin in so long....I wonder if it is the same. Coming back from the show was a boat traffic jam, but oh so much fun.
