Hi there! My name is Kylie Cockrell and I'm graduating in May from Ole Miss and moving down to 30a for work. I'm looking for a one or two bedroom long term lease, preferably in the SRB, Blue Mountain, Seaside, Rosemary area as it will be close to my work! I worked here last summer and know how tough it is to find a place, so I'm open to a variety of options! Any and all help is appreciated, thank you so much!

We are nearing completion of a carriage house studio apartment that will be offered as a long term rental. I am creating a list of interested people to let them know when it will be available for showing and applications. Best guess is that it will be move-in ready late Spring or early Summer.
