Opinions:Seaview Villas or Villas of Seagrove

We're thinking about staying a few days at either Seaview Villas or Villas of Seagrove . Does anyone have opinions of either. Is one further from the beach than the other? Can you see Seaview Villas from the 30a road? Thanks.

One has a black exterior and one has a red exterior.

Seriously though Seaview Villas is a further walk to the beach.

Villas of Seagrove hasn't had a working gate in months if that's a breaking point for you.

I actually like the idea of not having to use the gate code.

Seaview Villas is a bit farther from the beach and has a bit more of a buffer between it and Scenic 30A. Villas of Seagrove is closer to La Botana, Seagrove Coyote, Flip Flops, Design.
