The auction is being performed by the same group that did the Ocean Reef, Marina Landing and Palazzo auction. Most likely. Same auction group. That is what they have done at all of the others.

I would be leary of this condo. During spring break last year it was literally trashed by students. Over flowing toilets, urine in hallways, mini fridges over the balconies, elevators pried open. There are definitely some hidden nightmares in this building.

Before anyone asks, a friend not only told me, she took me through, and showed me pictures. Apparently the management in place was not up to the task.

...I imagine the person who "wins" the first condo feels like a schmuck when everyone else is offered the same condos at the next lower price.
