I so know what you mean Gypsea.....I have been so GOOD this year. Lost 45 lbs. However, I think I am going to have to fast for a week now, due to all the parties I went to last week......I tried to be good, but I just had to induldge. I am not going to freak out about it though, because I know what to do to get back on track!

Miss Kitty's been feeling like a Fat Cat...not phat, just FAT! I am eating no more sugar and low carbs this week...before I get on that Floating 24 Hour a Day Eating Frenzy!!! I am hoping that I will break even on calories by running away from crazy sister-in-law and evil stepmother!!!!
