Hello,
My name is Peyton Gore, and I was very interested in your job offer. I am 32 years old, and am currently teaching at a preschool. I teach the two year old class, so work is never dull!z
While I was back home after college, I nannied for two families (not at the same time of course!). I took care of two families; one with four kids, ranging in age from 3-14, for about a year and a half. My other summer nannying job was for 3 children, ages 7-12. My first nannying job consisted of taking care of four children, ages 3, 8, 11, and 14. I was actually hand picked by the children, which is such an honor. I also cooked dinner for the family, made lunches, prepared breakfast for the next morning, and made sure the kids laundry/uniforms were clean. I accompanied them on trips. But at the end of the summer, I was offered an amazing teaching opportunity from a prestigious preschool in Atlanta, so I jumped at the chance.
At the start of my career, I taught the young two class my first year, then had the pleasure of working in the infant room my second year. I LOVED taking care of the babies!
Since I have moved to New Orleans, I am blessed to be part of another preschool, teaching in the middle two classroom. So to sum everything up: while living in Atlanta, I was a nanny for two families , a preschool teacher(working in the infant room with babies as young as 6 weeks) , a babysitter for many families that I met through school, and last but not least, I did a lot of dog/house sitting as well.
I have been here at the preschool in New Orleans for the past 6 years, but I have decided it's time for a change, and I couldn't think of a better place to do that than the Santa Rosa area! We have been vacationing around 30A since I was a baby, and my family has had a house in Grayton Beach for 17 years now. I am really hoping to find a job nannying. I prefer the more personal experiences and long term relationships that come with these types of situations.
I would love to speak with you more about the job, if you are interested. Feel free to message me (or email
peytongore@gmail.com) if you have any questions. Look forward to hearing from you!
Best Regards,
Peyton Gore
