OK, SS asked it in another thread, and to honor dear Kurt's wishes, I'm starting a new thread with SS's question: How do you pay it forward?
The first thing that came to my mind is something kind of small and silly. I know some of you have Aldi grocery stores--super discount, no frills. They store their shopping carts/buggies with a lock system that unlocks the cart when you insert the quarter. When you return the cart, you get your quarter back. Often, when I'm returning my cart, someone just arriving at the store will come up and "pay" me their quarter to take my cart. I have found that people, especially senior citizens are so grateful to have me simply say, "No, just take the cart." A small gesture, I know, but it's often received with such warmth.

I love that she said it was Kimmi's video! If I was in it it would be the shot outside. I'm wearing a green shirt and a white skirt!
