Avoid certain areas like the plague. Callaway has tons of "low country" that floods on a regular basis. If you notice the the road is higher than the lot and it seems really flat, that's because you're in a flood plain.

I have never been under a boil water notice until I moved to PC. Seems to happen quite a bit. In fact a lot of areas get them on a regular basis. Lynn Haven doesn't seem to have them as frequently, but they are the only city not on the counties water system.
