Those girls have seriously messed with their biology. You can't do stuff like that without creating future health problems. And to think they did it on purpose? I see lots of shrink bills!!

A few years ago I was that skinny. I had gone on a diet and was running a lot because I thought I'd look younger and be more attractive to my husband if I were thinner. Once you get used to eating tiny amounts and exercising a lot, you don't know when to stop. Even when I was as skinny as those girls, I'd look in the mirror and think I was fat.

My weight went the other direction when I got depressed when my daughter left for college. I also got foot problems from running in improper footwear and couldn't run without severe pain.

When I look back at the photos of myself, I realize that I looked like a Holocaust victim. Why didn't someone tell me how bad I looked? They'd remark about how thin I was, but I thought that was a good thing (as in, you can't be too rich or too thin).
