Where is peachtree creek? Any plat or community info available?

Peachcreek development is approx. 4 miles east of Sandestin, just north of highway 98 near Old Ferry Rd. I've never seen the area, I bought it from a friend in Michigan. I have a plat and map of the area if you would like me to fax/e-mail it to you.
 
A lot further than 4 miles. It is North of Seagrove Beach on the north side of 98 about 2 miles east of HWY 395 (Seagrove Road).

Do you know how far from Sandestin it is? As I said previously, I've never been there or seen the area, from the way it was described to me it didn't seem like it was too far out of town. I truly don't want to mislead anyone.

Peach Creek is about 12 miles east of Sandestin Resort. Is this project actually on Peach Creek or is that just the name?
 
I don't think it's on Peach Creek. The map I have shows the development another half mile(approx) East of Peach Creek.
 
It is on the East side of Peach Creek. There is another development on the West side also. Peach creek snakes through the property line from one dev. to the next. There are a few more in that area planned. Send me an e-mail if interested in the general area. From 395 East, if all goes to plan, there will be some dramatic change very soon.

I am new to this board but have a bunch of information regarding that general area.
