Pedestrian Hit on 30-A

New posts
Hwy 98 in Florida is technically State Road 30. Hence, the 30-A.

Poor guy...

They posted a new story in todays paper. This is a better description of where this accident happened:

INLET BEACH ? Investigators have little information on who struck a pedestrian on U.S. Highway 98 in western Bay County.
A Bay County sheriff?s deputy found the man lying in the eastbound lanes just east of Walton County Road 30A at about 6 a.m. Tuesday, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The man is Hispanic but did not have any identification on him. He was in critical condition at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital with brain injuries.
Anyone with information on the accident should contact FHP Trooper C.M. Sisk or Cpl. C.D. Chapman at (850) 872-4150.

He could have been fishing on the lake with his buddies...I have seen several hispanics fishing in the area on the north side of the bridge...almost every week
