Pending Sales in Rosemary Beach Up 350% | SoWal.com - Guide For The Beaches Of South Walton & Scenic 30A

The nice big home between seaside and 331 just closed for a whopping $7.2 million.my friend told me its the 5th most expensive home to ever sell on 30-a. things looking up.

Yes, Ray, it sold for $7.25 million and ranks #4 for the highest price home sales in the 30A area of South Walton. It was right behind #3, which was the "tear-down" Gulf front home in Rosemary beach, that sold for $7.88 million back in 2007. (That house was indeed demolished after the purchase and a new home has been built on the lot. For the amount of money he has in it, it probably would rank as the most expensive house on 30A, even more than FedEx CEO, Fred Smith's, which sold for $9.15 million.)

Do you mean the new beachfront home between Seaside and 395 that is landscaped to the max and went on the market soon after completion? It's gorgeous.

Lots of short sales.

Which house is this?

I want them to sell the Hilton house so I can go to the open house! :D
The huge stucco house with the tile roof and all of the palms. I think it's on one of the lots that Doodle sold before he died.

I'm sure that if the Hilton house were to go on the market, the lookers would have to be pre-qualified. I don't qualify.
