Perfect Day in Graytonville

Beach Fanatic
I am heeeeere! Woke up this morning and had breakfast on the decks with a beautiful red cardinal and two mourning doves, the latter having three downy babies nesting in our top deck rafters. We had the painter work around them. He is bringing in the big boom tomorrow to begin the paint job in earnest. I like the colors and hope you beachcombers do, too.

Today was picture perfect, blue sky and mild temps, water more gorgeous than I've ever seen it. It is uncrowded and peaceful. Tomorrow, my family will go home and I will have some solitude. Husband could not make it this time, too much work and he had to keep Butter company.

Went to Borago for the first time on Saturday night and it is by far the best restaurant in our area. Looking forward to going there again with some of you on Tuesday night.

These are Grayt days, to be sure.

Sounds wonderful, Donna!

:clap_1: :clap_1: :clap_1: let the games begin!

:clap_1: I agree...the water was post card perfect yesterday. Walked and walked along the shore and then sat for a bit and tried to read. Gave up because I kept looking at the water and smiling! :D

BORAGO.....Yummy in the tummy...eh???

Did you meet any Steeles there? #3 has been bartending lately and #2 is the gorgeous manager.

Have not seen any Steeles yet, but we did meet Steele #2 (lives in DeFuniak?) when we here for two weeks over Christmas. She is a lovely young woman. Now that the family has left, I will have more time down on the beach and may run into some more regulars.
