My eight-year-old son and I are looking for a house on the west end of 30A, anything Grayton Beach to Topsail. We’re accompanied by a small (under 10 lbs.) Bichon Frise dog who is old and non-destructive. We’re all responsible and respectful and will take care of the place we rent. Looking to move in Aug. 1 and a year lease.
