Hi! We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath place in the Prominence on 30A by WAtersound Beach. It is south of 98. We don't normally accept pets but would consider it for you. We feature a pool, community activities, deeded beach access, access controlled entry, and an outside kitchen area with fire pit and gas grills. Hi - we have a unfurnished home with fenced in yard in a swim tennis neighborhood with dog walk areas and playground. There is a path to 30-A and the beach. The house is available Dec. 18th . We have another house for an interim stay if you needed to move before December. Please let me know.
