Local pharmacy has an immediate opening for a customer service position. Customer service experience is necessary. Hours are daily M-F from 9am - 5pm.
Requirements Knowledge/Qualifications
Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage multiple high priorities items simultaneously
Strong analytical/problem solving
Demonstrated experience with working in a fast past environment with customers of a complex nature.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Communicates information in a tactful and positive manner at all times
Pharmacy experience preferred
