Phoebe has Cherry Eye..Any Advice?

I adopted a precious little 1 year old poodle-ish mixed breed from Walton County Animal Shelter 6 weeks ago who has developed cherry eye. :(. Does anyone know of a vet who uses the pocket technique to repair the prolapsed lid? From my research this method would leave her tear duct intact which I think she would appreciate. Any advice would be appreciated...
 
Are you sure it is a true cherry eye? One of my dogs got what looked like one, but the vet said it was just an inflammation. Eye drops took care of it.
