Nice photo. I used to be so good about getting that "first day of school" photo but then I got lazy abou it. I have a few gaps here and there, which is shame because the kids change so much as they grow. So keep up the good work of recording those milestone moments!

Lynne--it was odd! They were all up and at 'em at the crack of dawn. I hesitate to even say it, but they almost seemed...excited!
Mermaid, I am horrible about recording milestones; it's one of my mommy guilt things. The first day of school photo is pretty much the only thing I've managed to maintain!

School doesn't start here until after labor Day. This year will be my nephews first time in Kindergarten, so I will be there taking pictures as he goes into school. Big landmark moment, as 3 years ago, he wasn't speaking a word, and with therapy and intevention, will be mainstream kindergarten. :clap_1:

I'm glad they were excited about going back. Did the first day go OK? Everyone like their teachers, have friends in their classes and planning field trips already? Man I miss school days.
