Always nice to see anything positive and no doubt St. Joe's stock price will significantly rise again. Only question is when? But..... I believe 2010 falls on the side of optimism. In addition to the obvious problems, the insurance market is still a catastrophe at best and June 1 will be here before you know it.

Thanks for that reminder. :roll: I just got my wind insurance bill and it actually went down by over a hundred dollars. Oh and nothing changed except the building has gotten a year older.

Perhaps forward looking statements in the article? I read the article and then scrolled down to the comments following the article and they did not paint as rosy a picture from the article. I do not know enough about real estate to comment myself.
