We just had our Son this past week which was the main reason we moved back up to DeFuniak to be close to family help since we now have 3 kids. We subsequently reduced our house on Eastern Lake another $65,000 to hopefully get it moved. Over 3,000 square feet on Eastern Lake with a pool, putting green and dock for your boat. The home is priced at $1,299,900 which is over $650,000 below the appraisal done for Amsouth in May of 2006. Great Value in a great neighborhood.
