Private Beach Signs are back!

Beach Fanatic
So last night I'm taking a stroll west ward from the Eastern Lake outflow and I find about 5 or so "Private Beach Signs" posted every 100 yards or so. And one of the signs is placed in front of a house that had significant erosion damage from Ivan - I know as I took a picture back then so the proof is attached to this post. So the county or DEP shored up this homeowners property for sure and now the thanks we get is STAY AWAY PRIVATE BEACH sign!! So who do we call?

It looks as if the sign does not meet the signage requirements set forth by code enforcement. Have them check it out.

Andy's right, code enforcement is the way to go, but you'll need to keep reminding them bordering on harassment. Couldn't the TDC remove them on their morning trash gatherings? They clearly violate the leave no trace ordinance.

I guess if I lived in shanty town I'd be pissed at the world too.
