Beach Comber
I am renting a Bedroom with a Queen bed, 42" TV, Wifi and Private Bath with Bathtub and Shower in my home.
There is off street parking, w/d, d/w, large backyard.
The street is quiet and secluded. The house is 1.5 miles from the beach in the Louis Louis Restaurant Area of SRB.
There is a small older dog on premise so no additonal pets allowed.
There are only a few house rules:
1. Must be working and fairly quiet.
2. No drama, drugs, shoes or smoking in the house.
3. Must be respectful of space and be clean.
4. No overnites beyond a night without discussion.
The rent includes all. Water, electric, wifi & cable. $200 per week with $500 Security to move in. The rent is paid weekly but I am looking for someone who will stay 3-6months or more. Keeping it simple with no lease and including all expenses. I do not want to rent short term.
