Benchmark Management is seeking part-time, seasonal property inspectors for the upcoming 2021 Spring Break and Summer season.

Benchmark Management specializes in luxury vacation rentals along NW Florida's Highway 30A. With a passion to serve guests and homeowners, our team stands ready to provide a first-class experience along the Emerald Coast. Our eager-to-please staff is here to serve owners and vacation rental guests. We take pride in our work and relationships, and we are committed to perform at the highest level. Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Follow checklist to inspect homes/condos for damage after a guest departs
• Follow checklist to inspect homes/condos to ensure cleanliness before a guest arrives
• Deliver owner linens, loaner items (comforters, coffee pots, etc.), & other misc. items
• Tracking inventory and supplies

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ability to work independently or as a team
• “Hands on” work style
• Attention to detail
• Must have valid drivers license
• Focused, independent worker with a “can-do” attitude
• Must have own transportation
• Must be able to work either Saturday or Sunday
• Understanding of technology and use of apps (will have to be willing to use your own smart phone device)

Job Type: Part time, temporary, perfect for students (over the age of 18) or anyone looking to supplement income by working an extra day each week.
