Property manager recommendations

Sorry if in wrong category, bump if i'm in wrong place! We're looking for a property manager for an HOA for a small community of about 35 homes. We are trying to find someone to do do nothing but enforce our cc&r's by sending letters of notice, etc. It being such a small community, it's not working for the association board members to do this without becoming the bane of the neighborhood. We do not need financial assistance, that's covered.
