Has anyone received their property tax bill in the mail yet? When do they come out and when are they due?

They were mailed out Nov.1.

I got mine from the county to the west last week. You've got a couple months before they're technically late, and you actually get a slight (1-2%) discount for paying before the official due date.

I received mine today . There is an installment plan for paying beginning January, 2011.
