So cigs go up another $1 a pack. Loose tobacco goes up a $1 an ounce. Unless your stogies are made in Florida they fall under the $1 an ounce increase. It is becoming very expensive to be a nicotine addict in this State. Glad I never started. I also see where this is not a tax, but a surcharge. Now we are rewriting the dictionary.
