3BR/3Ba long term rental coming available November 1st. Renter will be responsible for all utilities. Pets considered on case by case basis with nonrefundable pet fee. $3,000.00 per month. Are there pictures of the home I could view? Would you consider a 2 year lease? Is there a garage?
The house does not have a garage, but does have an artist/storage shed in the fenced back yard. The lease is 12 months, but there would be an opportunity for a renewal for an additional 12 months (and even beyond that possibly).
