Rosemary Beach Cottage Rental Company is looking to hire a full-time Quality Assurance Specialist.

We are conveniently located at the east end of Hwy 30A in the heart of Rosemary Beach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for inspecting all homes after they have been cleaned
- Responsible for setting up all homes for guest and owner coming in
- Changing light bulbs, batteries, and air filters in homes
- Assist with training new staff members to Rosemary Beach standards
- Inform Maintenance of an issues with the home
- Enter work orders into the system
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Key Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2 years housekeeping experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and able to take after hours call outs.
- Strong sense of pride and responsibility
- Ability to speak Spanish a plus, but not a requirement
