I know this is off the present subject, but this is "Random Thoughts" and I am wondering if the Soiree is still on? The last I heard it was scheduled for Oct. 11th. Any information would be appreciated as well as where we can make payments or donations for the event...if there is one.

WTF was he thinking?

You're right, the tie is a bit much...

Hey Andy. As far as I know, it's still the 11th. I leave next Wed. to head that way, so I sure as heck hope so!!
Same place, same time. I don't know of a theme this time.
Payment, I don't know. Maybe check with Toots or Franny, but this is a good question. Wenches?

Just to add my 2 cents. Roofing company owners are most overpaid. Most roofers work for someone who used to be a roofer but fell one too may times.

Just finished watching the debate btw the Vice Pres candidates. So much fluff, but one of the many things which stood out was Biden's answer that in his 35 years in the Senate, he has not changed (SHOCKER), followed by his answer to the next question that he has changed his opinion during his time as Senator. Talk about riding the fence. He's on the campaign of change, yet he says he hasn't changed, then says he has.

Oh, don't get me started, I have many talking points on both sides.
