Beach Jacket and fianc? have decided to get married in 2010 at our church and have the reception at our home . What I had always dreamed of! Doing it in our beautiful church and (don't mean to brag) our architecturally perfect home.

Excluding the actual wedding plans, hubby and I did a walk-through today of what we need to do to get the house and yard ready. New landscaping, interior and exterior painting, leveling out an area for a second tent, training Pepper not to poop on the patio (EWWWW!), doing some repairs on the koi pond on the patio, getting a new fountain for the koi pond, calling Brooks Garcia (not the football player ) for his help, etc.

Suddenly, I'm very tired.
Sounds wonderful BR. I know it'll be the event of the year!

I have a new neighbor who a couple of days ago was normal and today he is sportin' a cast and crutches! Bless his heart! But, bless Sweet Pea's heart more - she thought he was an alien! LOLOLOL Was hysterical, ran and hid behind me and started baying at him. So, then they started talking about a great way to rob me! Holy Smokes!

Thank God I wasn't out in it much. I did two MG parties today and one more tomorrow. I'm whipped. I did notice it though when I went to buy beads. More beads.

Random, random, random...

I was going through a storage closet at school (all boys, remember?) a week or so ago, and came across a large box--probably 14" x 6" x 20" or so. It was full of unopened packages of Leggs pantyhose. 4 pairs per package. Probably 50 packages.



When I ran over my croc-shod foot with a piano this morning and tore my pantyhose, I didn't question the gifts the gods had left in my storage closet. I only assumed that I wasn't stealing from the boys if I took a pair.
