Recommendations for clothing alteration/repair

I've done a search and found quite a few threads, but most of them are two or three years old, so...

Does anyone have a recommendation for someone to do clothing alterations and minor repairs. Specifically, it's a sagging liner in a men's sport coat.

The lady at the dry cleaners next to Watercolor Publix does repairs and alterations. I had her patch the shredded lining of my winter coat and it was only $15.
