Red Bay the place to buy

New posts
:nono1: OK, my old high school chum wants to play dirty, not a problem. First of all Let me state that I'm not in the market to sell my place and my good buddy Steve who lives in Ponce de leon with those who he probally fits in with better than those he trying to sell property to down on the beach knows that. But he is technically correct. I tried to help my dad who has the beginning stages of alzheimers to sell his place by putting my place on the market for 90 days. If my good old high school chum would like to call the realitor listing my Dads property he would find out that I expressed absolutely no desire to sell my place but to send all offers of my place over to buy from my dad. But seeing how my old high school buddy steve wants to jump in and play captain rescue. let me say that its my opinion that he has no opinion that I would ever solicit. Without being ugly, for steve to do this means he doesn't play well with others. Of course living in Ponce De Leon what else is there to exspect. One thing he does know is My Dad and I have the have the prettiest peace of property in Walton County, including any thing thats on that beach and steve knows that but he wanted to come out and play dirty. I tried being nice about this,:pissed: but next time I'll get personal.

Ps this letter is not meant for anyone else who was poking fun at me. I too thought it was humorus and had great fun reading some of of the coments. It is dirrected only to my good old buddy steve .

Geeze Louise 2b, why are you being so secretive and getting your knickers in a twist over selling some property? Everybody is doing it :idontno: (well...trying to do it).

2fabian,
Now I'm totally confused. You sound like you are saying that you listed your property, which you have no intention of selling, so that any inquiries which might come about, could be directed towards your Dad's property. Why not just have your Dad list his property, if he is the only one who wants to sell? I don't get it.

So you are admitting that the first post was to excite potential buyers of your Dad's property. Interesting passive advertising.

So how high is the bluff on your dad's property?
