Red Bay the place to buy

New posts
I've been told it is the 2nd highest point in the state of FL. It makes the steep heads out in owlshead look like small hills. It has a view that can be seen all the way to hwy 79. No, I listed it for a short time because any way I could help my dad I was willing to try. But as far as wanting to sell it, my realitor has been put on noticed that the contract will not be renewed. Please don't get the inpression that what others were saying was not funny, I was just anoyed by my old high school buddy who new I was not actively trying to sell my property. At any rate what shelly wrote had me rolling on the floor.:clap_1:

I've tried to attach a northerly view from the Red Bay area. If you enjoy being off the beaten path but still want to be close to everything Red Bay is the place to be. Check out MLS 463496 for more pictures or for another 41.5 acres close to the one I think you are discussing at a list price of $449,000. I have lived in South Walton for a long time and would consider moving to this place for the privacy and absolute beauty of the area. This particular property has a fresh water spring as well as a 1 acre pond. I do not think that you can find a similar proprty in Freeport for a little over 10,000 an acre (or any other price for that matter)......?? The current Red Bay area kind of reminds me a little of Freeport about 10 years ago though.

Thank you for that beautiful picture. Yes Red Bay is definitely a place of beauty and is also a place where nice people live. I fail to see where anyone could find a place of such beauty for the price.

Obviously you attended school in this area Fabian. Would you please let me know which school it was so that when I have kids I make sure not to send them there. I have never seen such poor spelling in my life

Thank you for those constructive comments Josh. For me to let you know what school I went to would take to long, but I am sure that you will see to it that your children have the proper amount of education to succeed in life.

I do again thank you for your kind words and wish you well.

I can only surmise that you are referring to the way that I spelled Realtor.

Thank you for taking the time to help me with my writing skills.
I misspell constantly, and could care less about your spelling skills. Your spelling of Realitor is a tell of how you mispronounce the word. It's Real-tor...two syllables. Realtors hear "realitor" almost every other day, and I'm sure they get the same feeling about the general public as I do the President when he says nuculer.

Bob, thank you again for your constructive criticism.
