Red fish

[Pat]

Where can I buy some fresh red fish?

Redfish has game fish status and cannot be sold commercially unless it's farm raised, and it's not that easy to find around here.

The above is partially thanks to Paul Prudhomme making it so popular in the 80's.;-)
