Hello! I am the Regional for MAC cosmetics MS,AL,FL,GA (Gulf Coast) I am looking for a 3-4 bedroom/2 bath home with a garage or large storage space. A pool would be a plus! It's just my husband, toddler, and myself. Excellent rental history, and references. 1-2 year lease. Please help! I am having no luck thus far. :-(

We have a very unique upscale 3 bdrm/ 3.5 bath home with office at the end of a cul de sac in Burnt Pine in Sandestin that we will be listing for rent soon. It is very private with preserve on one side of the house (actually, entire side of street is preserve) and the neighbors on the other side live there only part time (2 vacant lots on the other side of them). It is on the 4th green but has a privacy wall of foliage (no golf balls in yard). It has a heated pool with waterfall and a cabana which could be used as a guest house. Your post doesn't mention your desired price range, but perhaps this will help. This is a 4/4 home with a pool (and I believe a golf cart) in the Sea Dunes subdivision off of Dune Allen Loop for $2300 a month. I don't own it or know the owners, but saw a For Rent sign by United Property Management. Here is a link to their site. It is listing FL06578L. Good luck with your hunt.
