Rental Advice

Hey gang.

I am looking for suggestions for a rental around late September or early October for a group of about 8-12 people (still to be determined), but we will need at least 4-5 bedrooms. We are very familiar with the area, and prefer to be in Grayton or Seagrove. We don't have to be right on the beach, but prefer to be as close to the beach as possible with convenient access. We also would like to have an outdoor "play area" (we won't have any kids.......at least in age), and also wouldn't mind a pool.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
