We had people stay at our 2 cottages at the Cottages at Camp Creek this past winter. Both of our cottages (Good Life and Key Lime) are already booked for next year (one Feb-March and one Jan-Feb), but I'd check on other cottages at the Cottages at Camp Creek through VRBO. Several people who were at the Cottages at Camp Creek this winter are coming back next year because they enjoyed the community and each other's company. The cottages feel like homes rather than rentals (which is nice for long-term stays) and are large enough (most are 3 bedroom, 2 bath) so people have plenty of space for guests to stay over. They're near Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach (1/2 - 1 mile). The beach is quiet with great sunsets. The rates are very good during the winter in particular.
